Construction method of high pressure grout pump plugging

The high-pressure grouting pump is the equipment that chooses high-pressure grouting pump to plug the leakage after the leakage of the construction project. The basic process types of high-pressure jet grouting include: single-liquid method, double-liquid pipe method, three-liquid pipe method and multi-liquid pipe method. The specific operation process is as follows:

Determine the waterproof plugging scheme

Conduct on-site investigation before plugging, find out the construction situation on site, analyze the causes of water leakage, find out the width, length, depth and penetration of leaking parts, cracks, cracks or perforations, correctly formulate a plugging plan, and do a good job in all aspects Preparation.

Material properties

The oil-based polyurethane grouting material reacts when it meets water, and the grout is poured into the concrete gaps or holes to form a network structure, becoming a low-density, water-containing elastomer, which has good adaptability to deformation and good water-stopping performance.

Design and layout of grout holes

There are two types of holes for grouting holes: riding seams and oblique holes, which are selected according to actual conditions and needs, and both are used together when necessary.

1.Design of the grouting hole: The position of the grouting hole should be such that the hole intersects with the gap of the leaking crack, and should be selected at the place where the water leaks.

2.Hole layout principle: The location and quantity of grouting holes should be arranged reasonably according to different water leakage situations. For the purpose of deriving water leakage, holes should be arranged at concentrated water leakage places. If the cracks are large and the water flow is large, the hole distance will be large and the gaps will be small Then the hole pitch is small.

Punching visible construction conditions

Using manual and mechanical methods, generally manual punching and mechanical punching are used together.

Check the operation of grouting equipment and pipelines

Check the strength of the consolidation nozzle, dredge the cracks, and further set the grouting parameters (such as gel time, grouting pressure and grouting amount, etc.).

grouting

Grouting is the central part of the whole chemical grouting, and it must be carried out after all preparations are completed. Organized division of labor and fixed positions before grouting, especially requires full-time skilled personnel to operate. How to operate the grouting machine? Please click here to read.

  1. Carry out a comprehensive inspection of the entire system before grouting, and grouting can only be performed when the grouting equipment is operating normally and the pipeline is unblocked.
  2. The vertical joints are generally grouted from bottom to top, and the horizontal joints are grouted from one end to the other end or from both ends to the middle; for concentrated water leakage, grout the holes with water leakage first.

end grout

When the pressure is relatively stable, continue to pour for another 1-2 minutes to complete the grouting, and disassemble the pipeline for cleaning.

Sealing

When there is no water leakage after inspection, remove the grouting head, fill the hole with water-tight or plugging material and smooth it.
