Description:
The series wet mix concrete spray machine shotcrete vehicle equipment are newly-developed tunnel shotcrete construction equipment that spray wet mix concrete to the construction surface and then form a support layer with rapid concrete setting.

Robotic arm:
It is made of special steel, with two-level telescopic, two-level pitch and 360°rotation structure, which effectively increases the construction coverage area.
Swipe nozzle:

Power system
The normal operation and construction of this equipment is driven by electric motors. In the event of a power failure, the vehicle can be cleaned and retracted through the emergency power drive of the chassis, which effectively improves the practicability of the equipment to meet the construction requirements of customers.
Hydraulic system
The dual-power hydraulic oil pump used in this equipment from German Rexroth and the valve group from American Eaton, which effectively ensures the stability of the system.
Accelerator system
The accelerator is transported by imported metering pump and the electric proportional hydraulic motor drives the closed-loop control system for measurement. The flowing flow is precisely controlled by the PLC according to the conveying quantity of the concrete and the input ratio of accelerator, which effectively improves the efficiency of the accelerator.
Pumping system
The dual-control system power-driven pumping system maximizes the reliability of the work. The large-diameter and long-stroke conveying cylinder effectively reduces the number of reversals and greatly improves the pumping volume. The maximum theoretical concrete conveying capacity can reach 30m³/h.
